Using short volume on an OTC stock isn't the greatest way to check on actual shorted shares. I will write more on this later, but I can assure everyone TCEL under went very heavy shorting and flipping this last week.
For now here's a link that will help you see if a stock is being shorted. A person with an acct can see the Availability update in real time.

Shroomalien - I agree with you 100% Nice post. This puppy could run to .05 fairly quick once it gets over .01. Just my extremely epic humble opinion.
