you know... it's probably because.... unlike what that council member said .... the town knew what FITX was doing.... all the way back on november 7th last year.... see here's the agenda.... and the application FITX submitted....

I believe it came from the town meeting where the town stated everything FITX has done is in accordance to zoning laws as well as legal. Site is HC license approval as is. (Just need new zoning for complete MJ production) Added value w/new buildings is what the new zoning is for. Somehow I know you already knew that though. Keep trying.
