Both the mayor and Mr. Foran have said there is no basis upon which to grandfather any applicant in on, so no, grandfathering is not going to happen.
Please don't confuse my penchant for facts as negativism. However facts are a much better basis upon which to build a realistic opinion. Bill did state he thought they might be grandfathered in and the new amendments likely would not apply to CEN but he is wrong.
