Immediate Q & A questions;

1) What is the company doing about past management causing this global lock and what triggered the global lock? DID the filing of a ticker name change TRIGGER the Global lock?

2) Why during the global lock have Billions of shares were traded while HONEST long shareholders watched their value of their shares go to zero?

3) What "cleaned up" the global lock, and how does the global lift affect current shareholders?

4) What did the company do during the global lock as far as any business or relationships?

5) Was the correction with the DTC dilutive to current shareholders?

6) How much further will current shareholders be diluted? Reverse splits, share issuance ETC.

7) What caused the global lock to be so lengthy in time?

8) Who are the officers of this company and what are their roles?

9) How are current long shareholders ever going to recoup their losses?

10) What is the direction of the company, who are, if any partners?

11) What is the extent of the damage caused by the global lock to the company and loyal long shareholders?

12) DID Protek/Luxuriant issue or sell shares during the global lock?

13) Why were any shares allowed to be traded during the global lock by Scottrade or any other brokerage while loyal long shareholders remained locked as hostage?

For all anyone knows, once the smoke clears, this just might work out better for those who hung in there than all could have ever imagined.:)

Then again, all concerned just might be the recipients of a big old hair cut.:(

As you said, we'll find out, soon enough.;-)
