I just don't see that issue cleaning up. We're not talking about an isolated incident. LaborSMART has been late TWICE as a matter of public record. So late on the second go around that the IRS was considering collection action. When the IRS collects, there is nothing left. Nobody with a serious business will so much as look LaborSMART's way for fear of being caught in that sticky net if they know of the history.
