Rexford Industrial makes $16.8M acquisition

Chatworth Industrial Park is 153K square feet and located in the West San Fernando Valley. Funding for the deal came from Rexford's (NYSE:REXR) line of credit.
The buildings are 100% leased to seven tenants.
The deal brings Rexford's 2014 acquisition volume to more than $213M.
