I took that to mean that Pegatron deal was under the expired Apple contract. If Pegatron has their own separate deal with Interdigital, I'm unclear what you mean when you say "now nothing Pegatron makes is protected by the Apple contract."
What implications does that have for Pegatron if they already have separate deal?
