As a result of its recent trading halts, the Company will be required to have a market maker file an application on Form 15c2-11 with FINRA in order to have its common shares trade on an OTC market other than the Grey Market on which it is currently trading. Once the Form 15c-211 is cleared, the Company hopes to have its shares trade on the OTCQB market. The Company has engaged a market maker to file the necessary application with FINRA. The Company intends to make a further announcement regarding its trading market once the application is cleared."

NEWL was ONLY halted because of switch of transfer agents. This is huge news for longs! The company filled today stated the reason for the halt was ONLY for the changing of its transfer agent!

On July 17, 2014, the common shares of NewLead Holdings Ltd. (the “Company”) were halted from trading on The NASDAQ Stock Market system as a result of a NASDAQ inquiry regarding the Company’s efforts to switch transfer agents.

Big News, YES! NEWL has a engaged a Market Maker to file its 15c211 to up-list back to the OTCQB and I even spoke to Otcmarkets.com yesterday to confirm they had no choice but to list on the greys because they were halted for those few days so automatically they got kicked down to the greys.

The Company has engaged a market maker to file the necessary application with FINRA. The Company intends to make a further announcement regarding its trading market once the application is cleared.

NEWL will have a MOASS soon on the up-list! Mark this post. Have seen it many times and NEWL was just starting its MOASS when the Nasdaq halted them all because of a SIMPLE switch in their transfer agent. The shorts got off easy last week but soon they will get squeezed hard and NEWL will run again short term.

Shorts for a fact are in here deep and the good news they can't go cover millions and millions of shares they are short without running it multi-dollars if not a lot more on the greys. Watch NEWL bounce now from here on this Sec.gov filing and positive news. In the coming days / week / weeks NEWL will have a big move from the short squeeze and up-list.
