Brain Tumors! Direct! In the same twitosphere! Hmmmm I missed that the first time around.

I would think brain would require a separate phase 1 due to safety considerations that might be unique for brain. So I personally do not think the implications are real. I don't think they are going to be adding GBM in phase 2.

They had breast metastasized to brain in phase 1, but the injection goes into the breast tumor, with subsequent effects on the brain tumor hoped for, or so I assumed.

I don't think they are going to be injecting into a brain tumor for the first time in a phase 2.
