my3sons: The patents are the 004,966,579 and 847 asserted in the 613 investigation. Nokia had requested that the case be terminated at the ITC and that the issue of whether Nokia had a license be decided by arbitration.
That was the infamous Judge Batts case. If I remember correctly it was finally ruled that Nokia had waited to long to ask for arbitration.
Hard to realize that the 613 case has been going on for so long, and still has a way to go.
