Waiting game again !! Either Apple is riding free and /or long drawn litigation ? IDCC board/executives do not have good managment skills it appears for now in case of Apple. Why they were not able to renew contact with Apple at the time of expiration ? Don't they have an obligation to disclose to share holders what is going on with Apple ? Any comments ?
