triangle, I agree. The stock value may actually rise if IDCC management were to simply drop the ITC cases. I disagree that it is IDCC management fault (excepting their continuance at ITC) The ITC is an agency that protects large corporations. Small company's pursuing justice against Goliath have no chance. The lawyers will pick your pockets all the way through the process.
