LWLG will be bought out long before a product is boxed and on the shelf, Period. I have never looked at this play as revenue producing machine but more as a biotech buyout and now with devices value is added at each step as the end risks are mitigated. There is no way that the IBM’s, Intel’s, Google’s etc. will let someone else control their destiny and these materials can do that. Currently they are working on multiple projects any of which has the ability to get them (us) taken out. In the end we will all get to vote.

As for new info, I wasn’t aware of exactly what they looking for in their polymer that was new (a good question for them at the SHM would be have you meet ALL of those parameters, and if not which are you struggling with?), I have a feeling the answer is yes they have, but repeatability is the issue.

I wasn’t aware that there are several versions of Malachite.

I wasn’t aware that a device was running in the lab for six months. <- - - Running not sitting on the shelf.

I wasn’t aware that Malachite showed no signs of relaxing and you can bet that it was not protected.

I wasn’t aware that they finally have a logical ordered progression of component and device development, The completion of each successful step in the progression will substantially eliminates technical risk of the end goal — producing an integrated photonic system. Again they will be bought out long before and each step adds value.

I wasn’t aware that a third party “alternative opportunity” was still allowing them to test their newer materials in an existing slot waveguide modulator design.

I wasn’t aware of the Bleached Waveguide Modulator effort/testing. It looks like modes can also be changed in them Single to Multi (little pipe to big pipe) but I don’t think Visa versa (big pipe to little pipe) which I think is something that Intel would love to see.

I wasn’t aware of 3 pronged DOD BNS effort. You know at last years shareholders meeting no one asked Terry Turpin about the SLMs that he has been working on for 5 years. I’ll try to remember this year.

That’s just off the cuff; I guess you have been paying more attention than I have.

As for the trading, honestly I think LPC doesn’t understand nor have the time to understand this science. IMO they may be putting up blocks just below a buck for physiological reasons. Tis OK it will not affect the science, once one of the next steps (there are many, not sure which) is taken/announced it will jump up proly like 2 bucks, they will change that position, That is just MY opinion. I cannot believe I may have yet one more month (next week) to grab some of this below a Dollar. The question is does the company need to tap them for the next step at like 2 or 3 bucks?

First time in a while I took while to post my thoughts, we have a great management team now, remember that the path to success is not always a straight line but honestly unlike some, I’m VERY comfortable with the quality of Lightwave’s Employees, Consultants and Management TEAM. You guys remember in the past I absolutely had screaming matches toe to toe, eye to eye, led charges to remove board members etc., and unlike many would attend the Share Holders Meeting, this is completely different than anonymous bomb throwing on a message board. I do not think that trying to second guess them at this juncture is going to help them make decisions any faster or better.

I’m Happy as a Clam, Folks I think those shares below a buck are gift, just as I said about the 80 cent shares during the raise, those days are gone just as these 95-98 centers will be soon. Please Don’t take this as Gospel, I’m just posting my thoughts and day to day trading will do what it will do, a 10k sale at market will make it go up or down but as legitimate demand outstrips legitimate supply the logical progression is north, IMO up we’ll go.

MH I'm afraid I have to agree with you in terms of the significance of the shareholders letter. First and foremost we have everything or nothing based on getting the science independently tested and proven. The stock is where it is because we have not yet met that goal.

I love how all the ducks are being set in a row, once/if we can DO the GOO. Any company that can resolve this longtime objective, will in short time be able to get the interest in all of the areas laid out in his letter.

The letter shows how much better the infrastructure is vs. a couple of years ago, which shows that we have the right management team leading us. But nothing matters until the scientists can solve this problem. The most important thing for me is that they have enough money to continue this fight.

I would like to see us spend most of it, hiring the brightest minds in this specific field, from academia and the public/private sectors. If there is anyone out there that is equal or better than the great minds we have working for us in the labs, let's double their salaries or give them much stock options to come join our side expediting this scientific dilemma.

If we can do it, we will be in a position to buy other companies with shared synergies etc. If there is enough room in the labs and we have enough financial inducements to bring in more scientist let's do it. As we have been reading here, the multi-billion dollars corporations are all realizing where the future of the industry and economy lies. Do you think that they are now throwing tons of assets trying to catch up with ours and others science? Whomever crosses the line first in this race will be king.

All the other chatter on this MB about anything else than the science about how to get the stock price higher is misguided in my opinion, as the ONLY thing that counts is the science
