The .034 per share for BCAP shareholders is obviously false and pie in the sky DD that has unfortunately sucked shareholders into this losing proposition. It clearly shows this agreement is for two shareholders who stand to profit over his faithful two year shareholders. The agreement is a big slap in the face to his faithful shareholders.

"Baron has entered an agreement with "two" shareholders of CYBK to exchange their shares of CYBK for shares Baron will receive in October. Baron has guaranteed the shareholders a price of $.034 per shares when they receive their shares in October and should the value be less than Baron shall issue each additional shares to make up any shortfall."

Page 4 is easy to read and reveals the truth. The .034 per share is an arrangement for TWO shareholders not all BCAP shareholders.
