Look, Wialan insiders created WiFidelity to be a distributor/reseller of Wialan product. The problem here is that Wialan insiders own WiFidelity but excluded Wialan shareholders from owning any of WiFidelity. If this deal between Wialan and WiFidelity is so good for Wialan shareholders, why were Wialan shareholders excluded from having equity in WiFidelity, and why are Wialan insiders the only people who get a stake? There needs to be a lot more transparency regarding the ownership of WiFidelity and the terms of the distribution agreement. Wialan retail shareholders deserve full public disclosure on this arrangement. It's a huge red flag when insiders at a public company create a separate privately held company for themselves and exclude all the other shareholders. IMO, this structure creates a situation where insider interests are not aligned with shareholder interests. Wialan should have created a wholly owned subsidiary so that all shareholders interests are aligned and everyone shares in any losses or profits. Wialan insiders should not have excluded Wialan shareholders. This arrangement is starting to reek bad.
