Here is my take: I have been watching this one for the last week or so. The company or the CD holders did dump shares last week and u could see clear dilution in LII before the move up. They brought it down with a lot of shares. Once that dump was over it went up for 2 days with over 800M shares trade.
Today's drop is just a correction, not dilution, from my observation of the LII. I was not looking at it all the time btw. This is retail taking profit or taking loss in panic.
It should go back up slowly from here. may be side ways for a day or two in-between.
