Gary, I'll connect a dot that Dr Kengor didn't. Frank Marshall Davis had strong ties to Jarrett's family and circle, from his days in Chicago.
Dr Kangor said Obama and Jarrett met in 1990, well after he moved to Chicago. What was the magnet that attracted Obama to Chicago in the first place? I didn't think it was a coincidence that Davis had his Communist ties in Chicago and his student, Barack bama settling there, straight out of college.
I've read that grandpa Stanley Dunham, somehow knew Davis. Did they meet in a checkout line. Or maybe on the beach? Stanley was a professed leftist. It's not a stretch to think that Stanley and Davis met through Communist contacts.
