The real question is whether the common shares of wmbfsb which were supposedly an asset of wmb were sold to jmp togetther with the other assets of the whole bank. If so, jmp by virtue of owning all the shares of wmbfsb would indirectly own all the assets of wmbfsb. Remember wmbfsb was not seized. On the other hand, there is the question of whether the stock certificates of wmbfsb were capable of being seized and or procedurally and properly endorsed to be effectively sold to jmp. IMHO.
