IMO the issue is WHO will pursue what's gone on here? I think we can all agree with the points you make, but unless disgruntled shareholders come together in a timely manner to oust him nothing is going to change. Why would he step down if not forced to do so?
I certainly hope you're right. He surely needs to go to jail or at least fired from his position. He has managed to take a profitable mining company to near bankruptcy all the while pocketing every dime he can from shareholders.
Yes, he definitely needs to be held accountable for his actions and the board too! It'just pure theft and if we can prove fraud too, even better.
