If you're going to waste your time talking to Chung, you might as well be talking to a clothing store dummy - one and the same. Not that you'll get a better answer anywhere else, but don't waste your time with him. Save your oxygen for someone that matters and cares about being responsive to minority shareholders - buying up at .08 and dumping at .27 or so as soon as your lock-up expires doesn't show concern for minority shareholders and non-answers are even more offensive.
