Investo I appreciate all your work but a company doesn't announce products and sell them, go dark, and then wait for the Gov. There are plenty of companies in this space selling away, releasing pr, reporting Finns and making or losing money. The market is here and active and legal for all of Dewm's announced products and current business. Dewm needs to be compliant before anything new and monumental can happen and they are failing, maybe broke or are going to start a whole new ticker and company as this one dies. There is no surprise factor here anymore- Pepsi would never buy them and they have no money to launch anything else without issuing more convertible debt and pretty much ensuring this thing will never rise in pps enough to recoup/profit for anyone already in it.

Also to be a Pharmacist you need a PhamD - a doctorate degree. He is not a special pharmacist and is in fact one with a disciplinary record. We've been through it already I know.

if so valuable, why merge it in with dewmar and dewmars deficit?

Also, DEWM has contracts/obligations with Hemp Inc, any Hemp based business will likely be JV with them, right?

like you say, manipulated. etc. i personally still believe that shorts are pushing this down to the shortyourpig level in hopes of covering...

Investo....this was a great post, I just had to read it again!

Do you think the CUSIP change hasn't happened yet because they are figuring out how custom care and dewmar will meld into one entity and do it all at once with a name change/cusip change???

This silence has to be a huge deal/merger/acquisition/etc. happening....

Products made with imported CBD oil legal for awhile

Personally, I believe Dr. Moran has been working on some NEW PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS That are most likely INDUSTRIAL HEMP BASED (and some MMJ Based Products as well), That he has been UNABLE TO MARKET UNTIL THIS FARM BILL WAS SIGNED AND MADE INDUSTRIAL HEMP LEGAL AGAIN IN THE USA.

Companies (some publicly traded) have been importing hemp paste from industrial hemp grown Europe, extracting and concentrating the CBD, putting that CBD into various oils, gums and vapes, and selling it all over the U.S. since 2012.

Private company Dixie Elixirs was shipping Dixie Botanicals hemp oil supplement drops with 100mg of CBD per ounce in late 2012, for about $0.35/mg

I know of at least three manufacturers of high-grade CBD from imported industrial hemp that have been shipping up to 99.9% pure CBD for the past six months, at least:

* Bluebird Botanicals in the U.S.
* Endoca in Denmark
* A publicly-traded, SEC-registered company in the USA, which is the oldest of the three, having spun off fromf a medical marijuana company two years ago.

Each of these companies has their own scientists and doctors on staff, so Moran's experience as a pharmacist really doesn't bring that much new to the game.

BTW, due to rapidly building competition, the price of the CBD (per mg) is coming down, but it's still a lot more expensive than CBD from high-CBD marijuana strains like Charlotte's Web (about $0.06/mg).

Moran could have introduced a product containing CBD over a year ago, if he had wanted to.
