That could very well be the case. If the COR they use is crap, then they could be the ones dropping the ball. Just2Trade fees are very low - usually around $6 for buying flat and around $11 for selling all in.

I have sent them another email tonight with the following link that clearly states that UNGS has been a cleared OTC security on June 20 (last page of the pdf bottom part).
