My4ntoy - thanks for the response. What a great board this is - people jumping in to provide guidance.

That could very well be the case. If the COR they use is crap, then they could be the ones dropping the ball. Just2Trade fees are very low - usually around $6 for buying flat and around $11 for selling all in.

I have sent them another email tonight with the following link that clearly states that UNGS has been a cleared OTC security on June 20 (last page of the pdf bottom part).
