Many bought in on the premise that ADR would be going public and utilizing the assets and technology to produce oil and gas
if ADR could have gone public maybe the outcome would be more promising
now the salvaged ADR is in the hands of the Worthington shell and I would venture a guess that there may be some internal tension which has developed about how to proceed with those ADR assets
No production- just illegal share selling by Volk's hedge fund. That is all these deals have been set up for over the years- $155 pps to zero- and no oil production.
