I sent IR a message last week basically asking what the heck is going on and if this is a scam and if so, just admit it so maybe we can have some closure..

I immediately received a message that the message couldn't be delivered because the box was full, but I received this yesterday afternoon.


Bill, the company recently released a corporate update. As per that update, there are a number of things in the pipeline.. You should see some updates shortly. Also, be careful in you read on third party chat forums as they should be used for entertainment purposes rather than due diligence. I don't think it is meant this way but asking me if this is a scam equates to asking me if I am a crook. I am not. If I believed for a minute any company I have worked for is such, I would simply quit. Having said that, management has had to clean up many administrative deficiencies left by previous management (reason for the special shareholder meeting) and the chill took about two years and countless filings later to remove. Many of those filings related to previously management. It have cost the company both time (to execute the business model) and expense and I believe that with the chill behind the company and the recent release, the company can continue executing its business plan.
