That simply isn't true. There's no "new update" today on the OTC.
What you're calling a "new update" was PUBLISHED not "filed" on July 17 as "DISCLOSURES" and wasn't today.
When "filing" is used it might mislead some investors so let's tell the truth and call them what they are.
"Filings" are done with the SEC, FINRA, The IRS and Secretary of State incorporation papers to name a few, get caught lying in those and there can be criminal charges.
OTC Markets is an "Alternative Reporting Standard" that uses DISCLOSURES for the shareholders on a "Publish date" used by the OTC.
Yes, the missing DISCLOSURES since the June 30, 2012 was published could happen any day as Matt has been saying that since the worm story PR around Christmas of 2012. Back then the "audited financials" would be done within 2 weeks of the IT guy getting back from the holidays. So they certainly could be any day, although Matt has backpedalled on the "audit story" but it sure sounded good in "DD" back then.
"Audited financials will be released any day and then it's kaboom" "DD" was all the rage.
Now all the rage is "financials any day or soon" and "$40K grew to $150K" based on what Matt said in "PR" disclosure instead of financials, but Matt in other "updates" stated that everything would be done on the 18th and well, we all know what we got, a "Discussion and Analysis" DISCLOSURE and what amounts to a PR published described as an
"Initial DISCLOSURE" that wasn't needed. Aaron had been DARK for almost the same amount of time and all he had to do to remove the RIGH CE symbol was to catch up financial DISCLOSURES.
It appears Matt would rather not "PUBLISH" a "Financial DISCLOSURE" so he put that off again
