Blue, just to clarify Solms' experience with the Joint Chiefs, that was for the first (and legitimate) Gulf War in the early 90s under papa Bush.

Solms has certainly indicted that broadly speaking the products wre clunky and one of the previous regimes m ore recent jewels, WEM, needed to be send back the garage for some serious rework.

I'm curious how WEM, MU, development and property all fit together, but that is a separate matter.
