Pegatron is a big time payer to IDCC because of the manufacturing

for Apple. We need to get Foxcom licensed.

but market share wise….I think we may need Hon Hai to get over 50%?

here are numbers of handset (not just smartphones) shipments in 2013

Apple with 8.3% share

Samsung with 24.6%
Nokia/Microsoft with 13.9%
