Alea---Your analysis of Steven Sprague tends to be boilerplate. And like most boilerplate analysis there is an assumption that the line of thought is self-evident.

The lack of uptake in the use of TPM is systemic and directly related to the major players in the computing industry. Unfortunately nobody posting on these boards has access to the deluge of often conflicting information that would shed light on why BOTH the TPM and ARM/Trustzone/Trustonic were stymied for years in their goal of activating any of the 100s of millions of devices that were stamped with their firmware.
