Petaquilla is a growing diversified gold producer "committed to increasing shareholder value"...uh,run that one by me again please.....
Yup,and we're going to be a 150 K mid tier producer really worth $5 "by next summer"too

The only way this looks good is if you turned the chart upside down....but maybe I've got it all wrong-bring on the slobbering glassy eyed rah rah boys and let's see what they "anticipate"

Bobby, the answer to your question is found in the press release:

"... further reducing its short-term liabilities "

So the cash goes to paying off some of the most pressing debts owing, and none of the long-term debt. If there was any money left to actually use for operations, I think they would have said so.
