There are two levels above OND:

FDA / OC - Dr. Margaret Hamburg

Lotsa, I don't thimk poor refills are of consequence. It's summer, people on vacation, give it more time. Placebo like side effects, coupons for cost, no reason for patients to diccontinue. When Reduce-It mirrors JELIS, patients will fight to keep taking their Vascepa!
