Not even close. He has way more than he shows so some will add to the bid. 40 Million between 17 and 19. OUCH! They will start their end of the month dumping this week. Like every time each month as the end of month nears. They are hoping for the 10 plus million to add on the bid thinking its going to move soon. Not to mention its getting even closer to BIEL releasing its financials and longs seeing the new heavily dumped share count AGAIN.

Any time you see a round number on L2 for the lot sizes like 10K, 100K, 500K, 1000K, etc. the mm is hiding how many shares they are really trying to by or sell. Lot sizes like this are meaningless in the OTC. When you see NITE on the ask with 100K he could In fact have 100,000,000 to dump...
