Before moving to NYSE or NASDAQ, We need to know if the request for reduction in number of authorized shares will be approved or not.If it does not , then I am against RS.

After RS, Authorized shares will not change, outstanding number of shares will change. But the number of shares that will be issued will change because of the reduction in outstanding shares. That is the reason APDN want to reduce the authorized shares from 1.35 billion to 500 million. Presplit the number of shares that can be issued are 542 million. Post split (if it is 1:40) it will be 1.3 billion (1.35 billion minus 20.2 million outstanding shares). If this is changed to 500 million then the number of shares that can be issued will be (500 million - 20.2 million) - around 480 million. That is what APDN intend to do along with RS.Now I got the clear picture of how this is going to work.

What if RS happens and not reduction in authorized shares????? Then APDN management have many chances to dilute the stock.
