After Reverse Split, If APDN wants to raise funds let's say, they issue 10 million shares at $4.60 that means $4.6 million , then the outstanding shares will be 20.2 million + 10 million = 30.2 million
Market cap will be $4.60 * 30.2 = $1.389 billion

This is the clear picture. I am totally against this proposal

Yeah $10 Mill, I'm a little late in this thread you and JL been carrying on. We do need a lot of questions answered, by them. Just posing one question to you, by the authorized shares, we're talking about the stock options and warrants given out last year right?

I was assuming these would be giving the same R/S ratio we're going to be butchered with:) (actually, not opposed to it unless these authorized shares retain their original quantity. That's the kind of return I thought was possible (40×1). Do I have what you're saying right? No R/S ÷40 factor on options and warrants?
