Sorry, what you've stated is only theory until you show the proof. Try stating something is fact in court with no hard evidence and they'll laugh at you and throw you out.
Launching a website like this is incredibly inexpensive and can be done by virtually anyone, anywhere. Many businesses give their services away for promotional purposes, in this case the more traffic the site generates the more marketable the services become and the more money you generate through ad revenue. Let's not forget Viper promoted this guy's site as well...might be farid's new side business...lol
