DD Longs are in two camps regarding $ACTC PPS movement into the $0.08s. Some believe that LPC is involved and that the PPS will drop back. Other DD Longs believe that the upward movement is due to Dr. Paul Wotton starting officially Jul 21 as President CEO and the PPS upward movement will continue.

IMO this week $ACTC PPS action will be very telling.
