Hate to say it here peep's, but this is a serious red flag to me. IMO, if they will not allow visitors to see & verify even that the equipment is in place & operating, means it may not even exist. Don't get me wrong here, I have shares, but I may have to reconsider my position, if nothing can be physically verified.

Just so folks know, I am not a basher, and don't believe in bashing. I honestly hope BBRD is legit.

Someone actually visited China and when they asked to see the equipment, are told "Sorry, no can do", is an issue with me.

...some of the info found on the web is dated (which is fine proves SDE has been around awhile and not fly by night development stage just came out with only....hopes)--- thats why your posting of Mr. Schmuel's recent email is so important here for our BBRD purposes: the market loves forward looking events and NEW business the most...here is what we are looking forward too then in the new SDE/BBRD merger:

"We have built 12 models in Jaffa port, Israel. #1: We are currently in the final stages of our second plant in Hainan in China of 150 KW, which has successfully produced electricity. ...this isnt a dying company RM-ing into a penny shell to sell shares -- its a growing renewable, and global, energy company that was recently voted best sea wave technology by industry scientists...that has all this business coming up and on back-log (i am sure we will get more details with close of RM) .....: and we are still sub penny.....
