Memphis, this was addressed in a follow on PR by Dewmar and I am waiting to see outward signs of a) can artwork change or b) PR addressing a timeline for such change. This letter could have very well been written regarding the competition as this formula for this type of drink Melatonin is not an uncommon ingredient. It, Melatonin, is not an approve FDA food additive, so would classify LeanSMP as Dietary Supplement, it has been marketed as a beverage which places it in a food category. It is my belief the product sales were not required to be pulled or halted, just the labeling needed changing which brings me back to what I am watching for. All of which costs money.
