@kei: ACRX spike will be much higher than $14. If you currently look at the small float and the number of shorted shares, a lot of shares need to be covered. If shorts cover now the share price goes up to $13 before approval, then given a spike of at least 30% (very conservative on the news), share price will spike to $16-17/share. If shorts prefer to wait then share price will go up to $11.50 (IMO) before approval and will give a short squeeze spike of at least 50% (too conservative) which will give a spike price of $16-17/share.
