I believe Genesi was there since 7/2013 as CFO not just 3 months.
Maybe another spin would be Cleaning House in only way possible Not him leaving for ethics as you suggest. He was the CFO,CFO.CFO -a major contributor to the debacle

You are probably right....He most likely choose the high (No pun intended) road, kind of like a couple of the High Powered Attorneys did earlier.....
