hokus pokus, I know. That is why my post was designed to suggest an intrinsic amount of questionable business ethics was already present. When I suggested that the CFO was unwilling to go "full sleazeball"...I thought I not-so-subtlety implied that the CFO was already part/semi/half - sleazeball.
