MVTG did private placements, yes, but it is my understanding they will not be doing them anymore. You can ask the IR guy, John Williams to verify.

I did it twice about 5 years ago ..... If you can still get in like that I would jump on it like a mad man..... Mine were .15. !!!! We won't see that again, but the private placement is the way to go. Jmho
