You both raise valid points.

Most OTC Mj stocks have trouble exceeding .10. Some can't even break .01!

However phot needs a form of financing.

Could this perhaps be the biggest factor in the move to WA?

Phot also needs a lift back to the OTC.

Yes I have read the countless articles - few stocks return from greys and do well - etc etc.

Suspended and still beating out most others, what does everyone make of that?

I remember .06 levels - where my original investment was. Not there yet.

Apostle - all PHOT does is lose more and more money

It will trade at levels investors think it is worth. Plus, the share price cannot be compared to other stocks you mention, unless youi also consider market cap and outstanding shares vs. authorized and "special" shares and debt and likely future dilution.

The ONLY way PHOT survives is because it has been dumping dilutive shares and using toxic convertible debenture financing for cash to stay afloat. So far, it has not shown it is a viable company, and their admission in their financials recognizes that.
Excerpt:
The Company has experienced recurring operating losses and negative operating cash flows since inception, and has financed its working capital
requirements during this period primarily through the recurring issuance of convertible notes payable and advances from a related party. These
facts indicate that there is substantial doubt of the Company’s continuation as a going concern.
Successful completion of the Company’s development programs and its transition to attaining profitable operations is dependent upon obtaining additional financing. The Company does not have sufficient resources to fund its operations for the next twelve months. Accordingly,
the Company needs to raise additional funds in order to satisfy its future working capital requirements, which it may not achieve on
commercially reasonable terms.
Continued negative cash flows and lack of liquidity create significant uncertainty about the Company’s ability to fully implement its
operating plan, as a result of which the Company may have to reduce the scope of its planned operations. If cash resources are insufficient to
satisfy the Company’s liquidity requirements, the Company would be required to scale back or discontinue its operations
