Trunkmonk, does this mean reasonable competence is too much to ask for? I doubt anyone is expecting Jack Welch,just not a someone with this much adversity to share price either. A reasonable amount of fiduciary responsibility, revenue generation and honesty is all we ask.
This company had financing, they had business relationships with good organizations, they had their opportunities...
The problem was the company was merely being used as a prop for a group of insiders to enrich themselves at the expense of investors. There are many struggling micro caps that are at least run by those who appreciate their shareholders and treat them honestly. Here it actually rose to a level of criminality.
And while the current group has not been accused of breaking the law, they appear to have no more regard for shareholders than the previous criminals.
