Looks like something set up by HHSE pumpers as they seem to be bitchin the most.

That's the company that has been promising shareholder an audit for YEARS and had a million excuses. Also it had deregistered it's shares and reporting years ago and suddenly started filing forms with the SEC - 8k's and unaudited Q's as if it never happened.

Is it just me, or does that sound just like N-T-EK at almost the same time AND I believe they have relationships together at present or in the past....
