Hey Mosley... If its a 10 for 1 yes as of todays price thats 9.50 but what if its a 20 to 1 or 30 to 1. The increase in price doesnt change the valuation. What changes the valuation is the total reorg of the share structure. So total shares outstanding x new pricing once uplisted. Since there will be a secondary offering as disclosed in the S1 at that time the deal is priced we will all see what CVSL is being valued at from there. My opinion is it wouldnt be done lower so feel good about whats ahead.
