I spoke to Scott Pumper. He said they are targetting a $20.00 valuation. With that said, CVSL could reach $2.00 and do a 10 to 1 split. It was previously stated that the reverse split will not be more than 10 to 1

Very typical of a stock playing a game to increase PPS. Nothing has happened for it to be revalued up to .90. No Real value added, should we say. They still run off of others income. The shares are still held in the name of one insider (not the company, i.e. shareholders).

Thus he sells of "X" amount, to a PARTNER, INSIDER, OR VENTURE CAPTILIST TO BE NON NAMED IN DOING SO (Part of the additional offering) The person putting up the money to help this along will get shares at a huge premium 60% off is the usual cost. At this point you do the split on that price. So in place of a 10 - 1 split on .40 to go to 4 bucks, u fake raise it, then split. Comes out a $9.00 And you look for the uplisting.

All legal like and he has brought in an advisor to teach him the ropes. This isn't something you see from a direct sales company (stocked or not). These are the tactics of a penny pump n dump. This is exactly how they do it...

Let's look at the background of this company. Created basically out of thin air buying an OTC shell. He puts up a couple million dollars of his own money. Creates millions of shares out of thin air, Uses a small amount of CASH and a boat load of shares to purchase each of the entities. The basket company being the only real big player he had to land. As he sells off her assets he uses that to create more cash flow to buys others. In the end he will be in charge of a company that teally only made an initial small investment (yes millions is a small amount) and ends up with what is (on paper) a multimillion dollar business. He can uplist all he wants. No real investment money will come into this company from mutual funds, and real investment bankers. They know this setup (scam) and have been watching this same thing for years.

It may suck in some state pension funds as they are typically ran by guys getting paid on the side...

It is not to say that one can't make money on this stock. It is here and will move up and down like all do. To buy into it thinking you are buying a legit business is wrong. Yes, they will show profit, the PPS will move. But all of the real income will be sucked up by insider bonuses, and a hgue amount of Options will most likely be in play. Too many hands in this one and they want paid... This is going to have volume like MARA after their split...

Good Luck.
