A total Fluff-Bomb PR if ever there were one. No work commitment required by Ximen, no Net Smelter Royalty.

Just some vapid promises about a few paltry Ximen shares ( as worthless as NBRI's ) and some cash that Ximen doesn't have anyway.


Yet more proof ( as if any were needed ) that Perry is totally clueless about anything to do with mining, including making deals with other so-called "mining" companies.
