Not to mention, they have an established clientele, national advertising, support, name recognition, etc. etc. A green product offering could put them above the competition, and they are already focused on those who drive their cars for long periods of time before buying new.

Would they be buying Eco-Tek Group, Inc. out, taking them over, or simply striking a non-exclusive agreement to offer ETEK products in service and retail?

You better believe that..my favourite retired NHL player owns the 4 Meineke's that ETEK has partnered with..when I found that out it was the icing on the cake for me
