They still need to cleanup the mess from the SEC cleanup. It looks like they still owe $200K+ to the attorney they hired to fight the SEC.

Sorry to hear your friend is so bitter.I understand he is not alone. It seems to me that every employee that has left WSGI including CEO'S,COB'S,consultants,and public relations people want 20-30 million shares as severance on their way out the door. Greed is infectious.
